There Was a Time I Felt Lost in My Own Mind
My mind felt loud. My thoughts felt unclear. And I didn’t always trust my own
direction — no matter how much I searched for answers outside of myself.
“The answer was never out there. It was always in the stillness I kept running from.”
Over time, I began returning to simple practices — chanting mantras, writing with
intention, and sitting in stillness. These weren’t complicated tools, but they changed everything.
